We act as an intermediary between you and licensed service providers. All transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.
5. Payments & Refunds
All payments must be made through the payment methods available on our platform. Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦] and include applicable fees. Once a transaction is successfully processed and delivered to the service provider, it is generally non-refundable. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 48 hours of the transaction.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the platform
